He was born in Domokos, Phthiotida in 1949

He graduated the Mathematics Department from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

He studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts under Kyriakos Mortarakos, Savvas Constantinidis and Giorgos Tsakiris.

He is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece (E.E.T.E.), the Northern Greece Visual Artists Association (SK.E.T.B.E) and the Central Greece Visual Arts Association (SK.E.T.K.E)
